Florida fishermen are required to follow federal and state laws when harvesting seafood. That is not the case for seafood imported from other countries, so always buy Florida seafood. If the specific type of Florida seafood you are looking for is not available, it is probably because it is not being harvested at this time. It’s a place that for whatever reason calls to you. Maybe it’s the food, perhaps the ambiance or some lovely combination of the two. It’s your favorite place.
