Naples is known for its world class beaches and Lowdermilk Beach is one of the best.Yes, it's great for family fun too.map Grass is something you normally don't get to enjoy at the beach. Lowdermilk Beach has acres of grass just foot steps away. Great for families to play on and still have the beach right there. The Park offers areas for Family cook-outs, family reunion and lovers too. Children's playground, volleyball courts and horseshoe pits are available. A great place to watch Sunsets too. You have a choice to watch sunsets with sand between your toes or enjoy the lush green grass and drop a blanket down under the tropical trees.
Lowdermilk Park, a Family Favorite. Arrive early if you want one of those prize Tiki Hut's. It does get hot in the summer.
Shade is good in the "Off Season" (May - Sept) "HIGH Season" (Jan - May) not a problem. Another reason Lowdermilk is one of my favorite Florida beaches is this park is so usable. Grass area provides a playground for the kiddies, sand volleyball courts, gazbo, pavilion, bathhouse and concession stand. People getting together for a beach party or picnics. Sand volleyball court. Lots of shade for protected lounging. There are two gazebo’s located at Lowdermilk Park for rent. One is located at the north end of the park and the other is located at the south end of the park. Both gazebos are the View Larger Map
same size but there is more land available around the south gazebo for larger rentals. The north gazebo is next to the sand volleyball courts and the childrens playground. A particular favorite Florida beaches for families, offers acres of grass and shade trees. With picnic sites throughout the beach is a perfect location for a picnic or family gathering.
